Service and Maintenance Contracts
Hako offers two levels of service and maintenance contracts, that provide you with peace of mind by ensuring that your equipment is always working at its maximum. Our two packages; Advantage and Advantage Plus, both provide you with planned maintenance service visits that are in line with the manufacturer’s recommended schedule. PAT testing is also carried out where applicable following a service visit. Contracts are based on predicted usage per annum, each visit includes a full machine safety inspection.
Our flexible service plans focus on regular preventative maintenance, as not only does this improve the effectiveness of your cleaning machines it also reduces the chances of costly emergency breakdowns.
As a part of the Advantage service contract package, you will gain access to routine preventative maintenance in line with the recommended schedule for your machines in relation to their annual site usage. This will include a full machinery safety inspection, a lubrication service, and PAT testing where applicable. This service programme is based on a 72 hour technical response time and includes reduced labour rates and call out charges.
This service package gives you access to everything included within the Advantage package with the added benefit of same-day technical response for calls logged before 10am. Additional discounts to parts and labour are also included along with access to our Technical triage line for any concerns you may have.
