As the Covid 19 virus continues to spread and with the new Government restrictions, this will impact day to day both our social and economic lives.
In order to be able to best support you our customers, Hako Machines have implemented company-wide measures to minimise the negative impact on our production and delivery capabilities as well as our sales and service activities, while, of course, fully observing all current valid Government regulations. As previous, our priority however remains the health and safety of our team, their families as well as you our customers.
At this point in time, all of Hako Germany’s production sites are still in operation, however we have from Monday 23rd March seen a restriction in production from our suppliers in Italy as their situation seems to be at a critical level, we currently have stock of many of our product lines and of course parts in the UK to satisfy critical needs.
Following the government’s recommendations to restrict business movement we have taken the decision to operate with a reduced team which supports our ability to provide parts, service, technical and customer support on a reactive basis to critical markets which includes food retail, healthcare, food manufacture and logistics as a primary focus. We are currently unable to make appointments for personal consultation or machine demonstrations; we can support recommendations via virtual site surveys, and we can offer videos of demonstrations.
Our service technicians – while observing all necessary hygiene requirements and precautionary measures – are still on the road for you to ensure the availability of your machines and minimise the negative impact on your business at a time where hygiene is imperative.
As a responsible company, we are reacting to the latest developments on a day-to-day basis. Should these developments lead to delays in our ability to support you, we will inform you on our website as soon as possible.
